　　“融和”，苏州是开放的苏州，我们感觉苏州人相对比较容易接受外来的文化，外来的冲击，对外来各种美好的事物，学习的速度也非常快。而且，苏州包容性很高。一直以来跟外国国际化的接触日趋平繁，对于境外的这些人士往来、新生事物各方面都比较愿意包容通过苏州包容力的吸收可以产生不同的力量。因为这样，苏州是一个非常“创新”的城市，吸收了多元文化的内涵，可以结合很多中国文化的特质，产生很多创新的商业模式，创新的经营，继而产生很多在国内许多都市无法产生的企业或者是企业家。苏州的商业环境、社会环境，有着足够的优势，所以很多跨国企业最终选择在苏州，在工业园区作为一个主要的切入中国市场的切入点。并且苏州有着海纳百川的态度，所以在这里，很多外资企业到苏州的时候，第一个感觉就是他们比较容易能够适应苏州对外资的欢迎态度，所以很大程度上确定了外资为什么会选择苏州的主要因素。
